He came in a dress...and he left in pants The man you see in the picture here has a curious tale to tell. Being born with the bladder outside his body, he was raised by his confused parents as a woman. After the surgery performed by the S.M.A.R.T Teams, Juanito is finally a man. More surgeries will need to be done, but Juanito is happy to finally wear pants.
